    There will be occasions where you'll need support from our Staff team, this either because your base got xrayed, you forgot your password, ...

    Either way, we're here to help you. You can easily create a thread on the Help Desk forum and receive support.
    There are just a few things you need to inform us on when you do request assistance.

    MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT INCLUDE PRIVATE INFORMATION THAT YOU WANT KEPT SECRET!
    (such as coords to your x-rayed base or your password)
    WE WILL CONTACT YOU IN A CONVERSATION IF WE DO NEED THAT SORT OF INFORMATION.

    A help desk thread should take less than a day to be replied to.

    Note: for emergency support, join our Discord's Support Waiting Room and wait for a member of staff to assist you on there.
    There are some situations that do require the Owner's attention, these threads may take a bit longer to be dealt with.
